0.56” well over ½” diameter. 0.37” thick with a 0.30” stringing hole. Cast, of bun form, originally silvered with the silver now restored. Beads were valued more than gold to Vikings and they produced them as well as pillaged and ransomed for them. In the 10th century, they went to Indonesia specifically to procure a ransom for their legendary miniature beads. These large beads were made by Vikings and are suitable for modern bead creations or worn singly. Among the largest we have seen.
