Bun form with one end slightly dished to accommodate the neighboring bead. ).54” a little over half an inch diameter. Appears to be made in three pieces, probably ceramic, fused with slip by firing. The surface with three angular figures (ciphers?) which cross the seams and are fired, therefore added after assembly of the body. Possibly Chinese as Vikings traded with Chinese merchants. Found in the Baltic hinterland.
