Norway. Forged iron, just under 3" (3.07”) length with angular leaf shaped point. Each side with distinct bevel edges, flat middle and slightly thickened point. That configuration very rarely found. Tapered tang for securing to the shaft. Sound excavated condition. A war or raiding arrow where the opposition benefited from reinforced garments.
