Donut form, 16.6mm, 0.65” diameter. Retaining near all original surface and detail. Vikings valued beads over gold and have been known to take beads as ransom or tribute to call off raids. Beads of this type have been found at the cemetery at Smorrenge in Bornholm, Denmark. Wonderful Viking relic and a fine centerpiece for modern jewelry creation.
